
Laure Joliet is a Los Angeles-based photographer specializing in interiors, lifestyle, architecture and table-top for online and print editorial, design portfolios and advertising.
She graduated from CalArts in 2001 with a BFA in photography where her work focused on interiors and the quiet intimacy inherent in personal spaces. Long before that though, she learned to develop and print black and white film in the darkroom her dad built in the bathroom, learned about f stops at 13 with her first manual camera, using it to document everything around her.
Her work has been featured in: The New York Times, Living Etc., California Home and Design, The Design Sponge Book, Readymade, the LA Times, Nesting Newbies, Rue Magazine, Anthology, Apartment Therapy and Dwell.
